Help us bring light, love, & hope:

There are many ways to be a part of what Casa de Luz is doing.

  • One way to support our mission is to follow us on social media: @casadeluzlv.

  • Another way to support us is by partnering in prayer, prayer for our staff, prayer for our families and neighbors, and prayer for continued growth.

  • A third way to get involved is to join us on April 28th for our Tour and Fundraiser event! You can sign up by clicking the image to the left!

Our Impact

Casa de Luz has helped countless families in the Las Vegas neighborhoods: Naked City, Sherwood Forest, and Paradise Flamingo. We are a faith-based community resource center embedded in the areas we serve. These neighborhoods are known for hardship, struggle, and even darkness. We bring light, love, and hope by providing the resources and support they need to transform their lives physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Casa does this through programs for youth and families while providing wrap-around services and resources. Through these programs, we hope to create happier, healthier, and more productive neighborhoods and break the cycle of crime, poverty, and abuse.

Who we serve…

Our neighbors in naked city

Casa de Luz has faithfully served the area of Naked City for over 13 years. In this neighborhood, there are drugs, violence, and poverty affecting many of the people who live here. In the midst of this are amazing families who need light, love, and hope. We support them with our many programs that address food insecurity, education, ESL, and many other areas. Visit our program page to learn more.

our neighbors in sherwood forest

In the neighborhood of Sherwood Forest, located just southeast of Casa Naked City, families are struggling with many of the same barriers as in Naked City. The only difference is there is no park, community center, or other safe places for children. That is why we have decided to open a youth center in this neighborhood with a drop-in center, mentorship, and bible study for kids and teens. We will also offer case management for families.

Our neighbors in paradise flamingo

Our Paradise Youth Center is located in a family shelter close to areas we serve. Over 300 children are living there with their families. Most families come straight from living on the streets or becoming homeless in the last 24 hours. We provide a safe place for children to learn, heal, and grow, along with resources and services to help the family find stability and get back on their feet.
